The Tomee Sojourner Group is a boutique advisory, consulting, and professional development firm providing services in organizational development, interpersonal conflict, accessibility, leadership development, service user experiences, ethical artificial intelligence (AI), and responsible AI.

Tomee  is Founder & Managing Director of The Tomee Sojourner Group. Her practice is grounded in over 28 years professional experience and interdisciplinary academic education.  She supports organizations in reducing risk, strengthening leadership, and building safer, more accountable, and equitable workplace and service environments. 

Tomee has held positions, as a Visiting Professor and a Program Director for Lawyering Using an Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Lens at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.

She has guest lectured at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and Brock University.

Tomee is a recognized thought leader in organizational development, conflict resolution, corporate learning, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, consumer racial profiling, safety, human rights, and accessibility. The Ontario Human Rights Commission has recognized her as an expert on consumer racial profiling.
